We also collect basic usage information such as login times and feature usage to keep the platform secure and reliable.

Your data is used strictly to operate the platform — extracting structured data from RTI applications, mapping it to templates, and helping you draft accurate responses under the RTI Act 2005.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.

AI processes the information you provide only for the purpose of assisting with RTI application handling — OCR extraction, template mapping, and response drafting.

The AI does not store your documents beyond what is required to complete your requested task, and it never shares your data with unauthorized parties.

We use advanced security protocols and data encryption to protect your information both in transit and at rest.

Access to your data is restricted to authenticated users and authorized system processes only. We follow the principle of least privilege across our infrastructure.

You remain in control of your data. You can view, edit, and delete the RTI records and response drafts associated with your account.

If you would like your account or associated data removed, contact us and we will process your request promptly.

We retain your data only for as long as your account is active or as required to comply with legal obligations under the RTI Act 2005 and applicable laws.

Once data is no longer required, it is securely deleted from our systems.
