By accessing or using ai4rti.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and to use the application in accordance with the RTI Act 2005 and all applicable laws.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Purpose of the Platform

ai4rti.in is designed to assist Public Information Officers (PIOs) in processing RTI applications through AI-powered extraction, template management, and response drafting.

The platform is a supporting tool. Final responsibility for the accuracy and legality of any RTI response rests with the PIO.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and for ensuring compliance with RTI regulations and their department's policies.

You must keep your login credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated drafts and extractions are provided as a starting point only. They may contain errors and must be reviewed and edited by the PIO before use.

ai4rti.in is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of AI-generated output.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or use the service for any purpose other than the lawful handling of RTI applications.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
